The unfortunate part of our Christmas this year is Scarlett becoming very ill with RSV and having to be rushed to the hospital. It was one of the scariest experiences for all of us and we truly feared we might lose her at one point. They had to put her on a ventilator and we were not sure what was going to happen. By the grace of God, she did slowly improve and was able to go home after four days in NICU. My mommy said that it changed her perspective on life forever. We are all so grateful for Scarlett, for she is the best Christmas present our family has ever been given.
Here is the living room after Santa Claus came and delivered gifts. Mommy said if she could be reincarnated, she would love to come back as me. (Ella)
