1:1 Ratio

Another fun filled family weekend at the Petersen household. It was proven to be a little different these days, since miss Scarlett has joined the family. My parent's new phrase is "one on one" at all times. That means that there is a one parent to one child ratio at all times. With that said, daddy decided to dust off the ole baby bijorn so he could be somewhat productive.

Of course I have to interupt the picture. I mean, it is so much better with me in it. Don't you think?

On Saturday mommy, Scarlett and I got to go over to our friend's house for a playdate. We just love the Holmes family so much and have missed seeing them on a regular basis. Collin showed me his new bunk beds and he had so much fun.

Celebration of Mr. Liam

What a great weekend I had as daddy and I attended a dear friend's second birthday party. Wow, does time fly when your having fun, right? Seems just like yesterday that mommy and daddy were going to the hospital to meet Mr. Liam for the very first time when he was born. Now here we are, two years later celebrating this precious blond curly headed little angel. Wow, God is good!

Mommy was so sad she could not attend the party but heard that the Choo Choo themed birthday party was nothing less than magical, as she suspected it would be. There was a real choo choo train present and I had a blast riding on it.

Thanks Liam for an amazing time and another memory to remember. We love you and can't wait for many more fun family memories to come!

"Nastics" and "Driving"

It has been a busy week in the Petersen household. This week I started "nastics" or what my mommy calls gymnastics and it was an absolute blast. I was able to do all sorts of new things. I learned what a front roll and balance bar were. I had a little trouble with the front roll at first, however with the help of my teacher I had it conquered by the end of the class.

Here is the newest addition to the Petersen vehicles and let me tell you that I love it. I have wanted a Barbie car for a while and I was fortunate to get it for Christmas this year. I will tell you that I am extremely dangerous in this car. So much so that my parents walk or should I say run beside me when I am driving.

After drivng my car and showing off to my Chia and RyRy, we spent the rest of the evening loving on my precous cousin Reecie Pie and my sister, Scarlett.

Mini mommy...

Today Scarlett is officially one month old and boy has a lot happened in that month. I can honestly say that I couldn't have ever imagined how much fun having a little sister could be. She is about the cutest little baby I have ever seen and I love her so so much. I kiss her every chance I get and mommy usually gets on to me for not sanitizing my hands before touching her. What can I say...I just can't help it.

I was so proud to take her to mothers day out last wednesday and introduce "MY BABY" to my classmates. I was so proud of her.
