So here I am this afternoon hanging out with my mom. No big deal, just a lazy Sunday. Until my dad comes home and makes a comment on my outfit. He asked mom where my outfit came from and why hadn't he been asked if she could wear something this revealing. Ha! Mommy and me thought it was hilarious. Don't tell daddy but we have made an agreement that for Halloween I should be a Jr. High girl and put on make-up. Wouldn't you like to see his face then.....
So the family went to New York City for the weekend to visit Chris's brother and his wife. It was great to see my aunt and uncle. It had been way too long. On the way there I got a little bored and decided to start screaming at the top of my lungs just for fun! I had a blast. I felt a little restless so mommy and daddy had to take turns entertaining me. Here I am sitting on the plane in mommy's seat, trying to figure out how the seatbelt works. Weird contraption, huh? I also knocked over daddy's coke. Ooops. I guess they are not used to me being able to reach for things. He he!
Here I am with my parents in New York in my very first limo ride! My papa bear set this up. Isn't he the best? We went to dinner at Nobu and had a smashing good time. Great weekend I thought!
Well I hope everyone had a great one. I did. My day started off going to the doctor with my mommy and people "pinching" me because I was not wearing green. That was fun, let me tell you. Afterwards, we went to the grocery store and then home we went. You can't see it in this pic but I am wearing my Texas Tech dress that my aunt michele gave me.
Since my mom forgot to dress me in green, she gave me this green tiara to put on my head. This pic was taken right before bedtime. Goodnight.
Wow! I am really really a big girl now. So tonight my daddy came home and I was so excited to see him that I was willing to work on my core muscles. He talked me into trying to sit up on my own and look what happened. I did it! I think I deserve an extra bottle for this. I should be entered into the guiness book of world records or something. I practiced several times and got better each time. Look out little people, Ella has officially arrived and is ready to take on the world!!!!!!! Who knows, the rate I am going I could be the first woman president!
Happy Wednesday Fam! So today my mommy got the brilliant idea to put my hair in a pigtail on the top of my head and make me look like bam bam. She got a big kick out of it! Meanwhile, I started crying because it hurt.. Why on earth would anyone do this to their child? Anyways, I finally forgot about it when she put me in my new jumper. It is a blast. I can do this for hours. I feel like I am a bunny. Yaahoo!
Last night my mom put me in my bumpo while she was cooking dinner. I started whining because I was bored. So mommy decided to give me a job. That job was to hold the pot holder for her when she was not using it. I felt like a big girl. It was a big job and I did well at it. After a while I even tasted it. It tasted pretty good.
So my mimi came into town this weekend and so a bunch of my family and I decided to go to dinner and have a good time. Afterwards, my cousin Katie came over to watch me eat carrots and bananas. But beforehand we had to take a picture. Aren't we hot?
