South Carolina

This past weekend the familly packed up and flew to South Carolina to visit my Uncle KC, Aunt Abby (Gabby) cousin Isabella. It proved to be a rocky start, as our flight reservations were not what we thought. We did not let that spoil our weekend, nor did we let it keep us from going. I could not wait to get to Columbia to see my cousin, Isabella!

The weekend was filled with all kinds of adventures including bounce houses, movies, etc.

Above, you can see that mommy went down the slide with me instead of daddy. This was the first time mommy had actually been a participant in the bounce house instead of watching.

While we were jumping in bounce houses and having fun, maw was at the house caring for my little sissy. Mommy and daddy were so greatful to have an afteroon out, for it is so rare.

I can honestly tell you that it was one of the best weekends I have had in a while. It was so nice to spend time with my family and I can't wait to see all of them soon. Thank you, Aunt Gabby and Uncle KC, for an amazing weekend!!

Valentines Galore...

What an amazing Valentine's day around the Petersen houshold. Literally!! Daddy really outdid himself this year and made mommy, Scarlett and I feel extra special. However, since daddy said I cannot have a boyfriend I decided that daddy, Scarlett and Reecie Pie would be my Valentines this year.

I love my cousin so much and enjoy every second I get to spend with her. Now if she can just get those wobbly legs to work, we would be in business. It won't be long until we can play together and get into all kinds of things.

Here are just a few of the goodies we were able to enjoy. There is nothing quite like Valentine's day cards to tell the ones you love just how much they mean to you.

This year I am happy to announce that I attended my very first Valentine's Day ball. Yes, my school hosted the event and there was dancing and all! Can't say that daddy was too impressed about it all, but I sure did have fun!

And here is my sweet sweet baby sissy, Scarlett! Mommy figured that there was no reason she couldn't get dolled up on her first Valentine's Day!

Lastly, I couldn't help but add a few pics of my new "big girl" bike. Daddy has been helping me learn how to ride.

Nothing like learning how to ride a bike in the house. Mommy wasn't impressed. :)
